How Are ELACIN FlexComfort Made?

HearingTech

An ELACIN FlexComfort Otoplastic is an individual moulded hearing protector.

After checking the auditory canals, prints of both hearing canals are made within a few minutes by using a special paste.

Using these canal prints our specialists mould the ELACIN FlexComfort products in the ELCEA laboratory. (Accredited to ISO 9002)

After this a sound channel is drilled in which an attenuation filter is fitted. This filter can be removed.

ELACIN FlexComfort is available with 6 different filters.

Depending on the application the appropriate filter is selected.

The standard ELACIN FlexComfort are supplied with one filter set only.
