Elacin offers a 2 years manufacturer warranty. This allows users to benefit from Elacin’s After Sales Service for 2 years.

Thanks to the latest 3D manufacturing technologies applied to soft materials (silicones), Elacin now covers the second year of use of custom-made hearing protection. Aiming to provide optimum protection for our users, we continue to recommend the renewal of earplugs during the fifth year of use.

• Custom-made hearing protection: all versions of Elacin RC (incl. acrylic), Elacin CH (incl. acrylic),
  Elacin ER, SafeSound, Elacin Relax and Elacin Swim for all B2B and B2C customers enjoy a 5-year warranty.
• Accessories and electronic equipment, such as Elacin BoomMic, Elacin SoloCom and Tube, have a 1-year warranty.
• Universal hearing protectors have a 1-month warranty.
